3/ my latest stock idea to benefit from a potential "Trump 2.0". A stock with the potential to 6x + on top a dividend yielding ~50%. financial-engineering.net/stocks-and-a-p…

That’s absolutely true, can only confirm that.

The longer I invest the more I realize you get 1-2 really great opportunities every few years. The rest of the time is spent wondering if you will ever get another great opportunity again and convincing yourself to own mediocre opportunities while you wait.

All of the richest billionaires are selling the market ATHs while all of the poorest and going all-in right now. People will never learn. Follow the money for F sake.

Indeed, where are all those pundits now? $ULTA great bargain because Buffett bought??

For all the buzz it generated... Berkshire is completely out of $ULTA now.

Here’s a hard fact: If you ride a stock down 75-90% like a deer-in-headlights, but it eventually recovers, you were not “right” on the stock. You lost a huge % of your wealth having zero clue what was going on, poor & scared. Buy businesses that are improving, not deteriorating.

"under Trump the deal will quickly get through" – really? why are so many people optimistic about $CPRI? this is a terrible business, badly managed with rather overvalued brands in an unfavorable sandwich position between the big guys + discount… seekingalpha.com/news/4288973-c…

in my latest Weekly, I go through a topic which is of heart for me: focus-investing. is it really that risky? or the other way around: is spreading and diversifying very broadly really safer? get the answer 👇 financial-engineering.net/is-focus-inves…

this is one of the hardest, if not the hardest, discipline in investing

Don't sell strong companies too early. It can be tempting to trade around your portfolio, but sometimes doing nothing is the best strategy. Overtrading not only costs you in fees, but it can also hurt your long-term performance. Learn to sit on your hands until the story changes.

this is a massive correction from Paladin Energy $PDN, catching the majority of investors on the wrong foot. a material reduction in expected production output and – even more important – the risk of dramatically higher costs plus lower realized prices. with much uncertainty +…

so far so good. my "Trump Trade" idea went through the roof. while many celebrate banking, defense or prison stocks, my idea is now up +136% since my report for my Premium PLUS members came out (early-October). the good news: there's still gas in the tank for another double.

today's crash of #uranium miner Paladin Energy $PDN is not really surprising – except for those who buy every dip only on emotions, thinking stocks can only go up. as I wrote two weeks ago, $PDN stock was after its first crash still richly valued – assuming flawless execution.

not even two weeks ago, I wrote exactly about that, even using Paladin's $PDN then first crash as an example. financial-engineering.net/why-i-continue… my conclusion was that at then 10 AUD, $PDN was still richly valued, assuming no negatives + flawless execution. success was priced in!
