I finished the first season of #KnotsLanding. Richard cheated on Laura, and she doesn't know. Ginger caught Kenny cheating on her, broke his $10,000 stereo, and threw him out. He then went to stay with his mistress. (1/2)

The man leading the meeting told Gary to come in and identify himself. Gary went up to the front, stood in front of everyone, including a tearful Val, and said. "My name is Gary. I'm an alcoholic." Gary's going to get help. #KnotsLanding
Gary tried calling Val from a pay phone at a bar, but she didn't answer because she wasn't home, she was at the AA meeting. In the end, Gary showed up just as the meeting was about to end and asked them to wait. #KnotsLanding
When Gary stormed off--sober this time, at least--and took Val's car, Sid wanted to go after him, but Val told Sid and Karen that Gary's on his own now. And Gary wouldn't go to an AA meeting, but Val said she was going, because she needed the meeting for herself. #KnotsLanding
Val saw firsthand how serious Gary's drinking problem is. He fought getting help, though, and even ran away from the hospital. But Val gave him an ultimatum: as much as she loves him, she won't live with him unless he gets help. #KnotsLanding
Laura coming through in the clutch: they had to call an ambulance for Gary because his hand and wrist were bleeding so much. Laura told the paramedics that Gary tried to commit suicide. Val went along with it and the hospital kept Gary on a psych hold. #KnotsLanding
Drunk Gary then drove drunk, passed out Richard home. He woke Laura up banging around in the Averys' living room, Laura called Val, and when Val came over, Gary punched her in the eye, then used his bare hand to break the glass on the Averys' liquor cabinet. #KnotsLanding
Gary went on a 3-day bender. Laura got Richard off his butt to help the others look for him with one look (Go, Laura!), and when Richard found Gary--in a bar, of course--Gary got Richard so drunk, Richard passed out. #KnotsLanding
Ginger caught Kenny cheating on her, locked him out of their house, broke his $10,000 stereo system, and when he broke the door down and stopped her from completely demolishing the stereo, she told him to get out. YOU GO, GINGER! #KnotsLanding

Well, I've reached the end of season 1 of #KnotsLanding, and I was right: Kenny did cheat on Ginger. I saw that one coming for 10 miles. Gary also took a spectacular swan dive off the wagon. Sid Fairgate remains the only good husband on Seaview Circle.
