Sh. Aḥmad Yāsīn (رَحِمَهُ الله) said that while he was imprisoned, one high ranking official amongst the occupying Jews personally told him that he believed in the truthfulness of the hadīth about the speaking rocks and trees near the end times.

Amongst the Ḥanābilah who sold their own houses in order to purchase books include Imām Ibn al-Khashāb al-Hanbalī [d. 567 H] and Imām Abū al-ʿAlāʾ al-‘Attār al-Hanbalī [d. 569 H]. May Allāh have mercy on them and reward them with even greater houses in Jannah.
