Employment Minister @ThomasCArthur has welcomed the UK Government’s decision to introduce an Employment Rights Bill. @scotgov supports banning exploitative practices such as fire and rehire and enhancing family-related leave and pay for new parents.
This Bill represents a huge opportunity to improve Fair Work across the economy. We will be looking at the detail and working to ensure it supports businesses and workers in Scotland.
