Many people say they can't meditate because their mind wanders. Hey that's what minds do! You don't have to clear your mind. Notice it has wandered and then gently bring it back to focusing on your anchor (e.g. your breath). Repeat...😉 #meditation #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing
