Putting yourself first isn't easy and doesn't come natural to most of us but a little bit of practice can go a long way. Try setting boundaries, making time for hobbies and taking a step back when feeling stressed. How do you put yourself first?

As the seasons change, so can our mental wellbeing. With winter fast approaching, the lack of sunlight, shorter days, and colder temperatures can really have an affect on our mental health. For some, this shift turns into a condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
