I’m not too surprised that #ChristianHorner ‘a accuser has been suspended by #redbull It’s an absolute PR nightmare, but if she is indeed the source of the leaks, there was both confidential information and private messages in play.
I can’t be the only one who hears Qaddiya and thinks of Admiral General Aladeen right?
The reports stating that #ChristianHorner ‘s accuser will be named will need to come with her explicit consent. If not, an almighty data protection lawsuit and quite possibly an employment claim will land on RB.
At the end of the day, RB is an employer, and their staff including Horner has the right to privacy and due process. The complainant, who is likely known to RB employees, also has a right to not have their laundry aired in public. Frankly it should be left as is.
I’m skipping the start of the season. No broadcaster based where I am have purchased the rights, despite there being four races here. If there is a modicum of excitement in the first few rounds I may buy the subscription. Otherwise Real Housewives is cheaper for reality tv.
Should we be worried that a region that has 4 GP's (Middle East) has no broadcaster willing to buy the rights to broadcast them? Could this be another indication that the spectacle is falling flat?
For those waiting on news of #Horner tomorrow, I would be surprised if anything is announced. A disciplinary panel needs to show due consideration of the evidence and produce a detailed outcome to be comply with various employment laws. Red Bull doesn't give them wings.
Popping by to remind people of defamation law. #ChristianHorner allegations may be something or may be nothing. Until it’s publicly disclosed, making statements about Horner would be ill advised.
I have a feeling that Abu Dhabi 21 is still affecting some people. Lest we forget, Mercedes made their bed and now lay in it. They could have gone to the ISC with a very strong case and didn’t. Maybe it’s time to simply sleep through the finale of a dull season than keep on.
And this is why you don't apologise.
A class action lawsuit has been filed against the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in relation to fans who were escorted out of spectator zones after Thursday’s delayed practice session. Lawsuit alleges breach of contract, negligence, and deceptive trade practices. #vegas #f1 #lasvegasgp
