Literally, @AirAsia has THE POOREST customer service - not replying to any emails, and the online chat service keeps you running in circles, to tell you "I can't help you right now", without letting you chat to a human. STILL waiting for my refund for over 50 days! #annoyed #scam
On the 17th of July (50 days ago), @AirAsia emailed me that the refund for my cancelled flight will be paid back in 7-14 days. Dear @AirAsia, are you planning to EVER refund my money back, or do I need to ask for legal support and issue a lawsuit?!
