On that one play, it looks like Bolles was expecting a ship from the running back and never got it. If the back wasn't supposed to chip, I would be shocked.
Let's take a look at Bo Nix by quarter, since people have an issue with the term garbage time. Need that fourth quarter Nix all game long.
Since people are having such an issue about garbage time. Here is Bo Nix with two different garbage time filters and no filter. Again, not all him.

No one is saying give up amd that is a silly 'counterpoint' anyways. But it is concerning that he has struggled outside of defenses changing what they're doing (exception TB game here). It's about wanting a more complete game out of him when he is set up to be the franchise QB.
