most places dont test for herpes unless you specifically ask or have a active outbreak bc the test isnt accurate. its not included on the panel bc its like a 1 in 3 chance youll get a false result +theres no cure &hsv-2 isnt deadly so they dont test bc they(cdc) dont see a point
