I have felt awful for a long time. Love my life, hate my brain and the imbalance of it all. My physical health and mental health always in a boxing ring together and it's exhausting. Thankfully I have an incredible husband and Gp and a school who support our ASD son. Thank you :)

Sometimes your illness has such a hold over you that it can sometimes feel all consuming. Dominque explains that whilst this may feel as though it is the case, you are not your illness. bipolaruk.org/Blog/i-am-not-…

Early intervention saved my life. Knowing the signs will help many more mums and their families get help and the treatment they need.

Today on #WorldMentalHealthDay please help share our #MumWatch campaign - raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of Postpartum Psychosis so that everyone knows how to seek urgent help if a new mum seems strange. > app-network.org/news/world-men…
