Our cohort study utilized target trial emulation to evaluate the effect of early dexamethasone use on outcomes of >80,000 inpatients with COVID-19 in the post-"RECOVERY" era. We explored important patient groups/subgroups to understand the heterogeneity of this effect. @DCRINews

Early dexamethasone was associated with reduced odds of mortality or discharge to hospice in patients with #COVID19 requiring supplemental oxygen, mechanical ventilation, or ECMO. ja.ma/3A7fZ6M

Another step in the right direction: This is the 4th week in a row where monkeypox cases decline globally as we continue to see a clear downtrend in cases in the last month and a half. 5 weeks ago we recorded 6,887 cases vs 4,317 cases this week. Let’s keep up the awareness!
