I heard a reference to #stainedglass yesterday and recalled a beautiful photo shoot I was on back in 2012. Capturing food photography in a heritage pub, here is some detail from the stained glass window.

A #songofcomfort for anyone who needs it.

I'm an absolute fan-girl of #rammedearth homes and I'm in awe of this builder's portfolio: aerecura.ca/ourportfolio A top-tier vacant land property has me in dream-mode. I love architecture and off-grid systems, permaculture design, and rammed earth homes popped up again.

I love berry picking season. I was hopeful for blueberries 🫐 today to add to a compote, but I’m too early. This is a nice scene on the way back, in a different terrain, where I found some raspberries.

You can do a lot in 13,000 sqft. This is my suburban homestead. 24 solar panels on roof, chickens, 30+ fruit trees, 2 veggie gardens, 7,000 gallons of rainwater capture, 2,000 gallon pond, greenhouse, and a test garden where we can run up to 16 different growing experiments.

30 photos later I'm pleased with these 2. They're not from the bouquet I was first inspired to photo, but it's fun to see where following a feeling will take you.

The music on Netflix’s “Bridgerton” has been very good for multiple seasons. But the recent orchestral version of Pitbull’s “Give Me Everything” is by far the best. It’s glorious. The instrumental was scored by Archer Marsh and here is a behind-the-scenes clip of violinist…

"I think that I shall never see A poem lovely as a tree." Such a beautiful morning in the misty #peakdistrict woods, green and damp and full of birdsong, while this perfect beech tree in his brand new outfit demanded my attention and a portrait. How could I not oblige?!

Made my way to Edson and Hinton yesterday to replenish Visitors Guides, and upon returning to Whitecourt started to see NWT license plates moving along their evacuation routes. Since Victoria Day, when the guide released, this region has seen wildfire evacuations in progress.

Instagram's reach is killing me so here's my latest giant aerial embroidery since they won't show it to anyone! This landscape is called 'It will grow back, eventually (and it always will)' - can you see the little bridges? 💙 Please share and help my small business out! 💚
