"He was the first indigenous person in almost every single room he walked into . . ." .

Another video that needs to be shared. Amazing tribute to the late Murray Sinclair. @Niigaanwewidam you show so much grace and power when speaking about your father.

A superb moment last night @CWGC Abbeville Communal cemetery where local inhabitants honoured each of the 3000 Commonwealth forces buried here by placing a light on each headstone. Thanks to @Abbeville80 and @CaillautL for organising such a beautiful commemoration.

The Honourable Murray Sinclair always walked into dark places with a flashlight so that we can safely follow. A beam of light that cut through injustice and shows the way to hope.Sending prayers and gratitude to his loving family🧡

Such a rich and generous life. And the burdens he must have carried as a result of his relentless efforts to seek justice and teach us what reconciliation really looks like. Rest in power.

Rest in power, Janey. We will remember your wit and tenacity - and your wonderful "Trump is a cunt" sign that you held to welcome him in Scotland.

Earlier this morning Janey passed away in her sleep. Her family were with her. The love and support from all her friends and fans during this cancer journey brought her enormous joy. It has also been a huge comfort to us, her family and close friends, thank you.

Take 3 minutes and 30 seconds to watch this video to see the remarkable work of Myanmar's women MPs. They have charted new ground in the role of the MP representing citizens.

Bravo to Myanmar's women MPs! Despite a brutal military Junta seizing power, 2 years ago over 100 women MPs came together to work on behalf of citizens and fight for the restoration of democracy. They continually demonstrate bravery and resilience despite violence and repression.

"Did ya make the right "choice" honey? " "Sure did" she replies . . . nice.

This is the excellent Julia Roberts ad that so provoked Snowflake Charlie Kirk.

And it took an election for you to act? If focused medical care is warranted then do it. These kind of targeted health care announcements are a disservice to citizens.

Nearly 350,000 women in Nova Scotia are managing menopause, post-menopause or approaching menopause. We're ensuring these women have the attention they deserve from our healthcare system by providing improved access to specialized care with Canada’s first-ever Menopause Centre of…

Talk about "crowd size"!

Thousands gathered here at The Ellipse for today’s Kamala Harris rally in Washington, D.C.

Slags Ford, donates half of his Nobel prize money to develop and access safe drinking water for Indigenous communities . . . a deeply decent man helps counter the avalanche of awfulness from the Trump, and the Poilievre, Ford, Smith, Moe swamp here.

British-Canadian scientist Geoffrey Hinton was recently awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics. Hinton says he donated half of his prize money to a charity that trains Indigenous communities how to develop and provide access to safe water systems.

Oh, so TRUE.
