I get bored of being disordered then eat normal for a few days then I get bloated and am convinced I gained 10kg so I go back to disordered
imo i feel like we should have more private communities like edtwt but not public. edtwt and edtt are SO easy to come across from someone not in the community or just browsing its crazy.
i hate this but if its scientifically more accurate ig ill have to use it :(

i think its funny how i can eat the same amount as when i was at my hw now just by choosing low cal alternatives and be eating under 800cals like its still REALLY good food aswell just not filled with grease and oil
