They are both poorly run organizations at this point, but Philly’s situation is worse, is even more self-inflicted, if that’s possible. But G is a far superior player to Joel, Dame has it over injured Maxey and PG, the benches are probably a wash.
Maxey is already one of my favorite young players in the league, he’s moving up quick to the top of my list with Ant. Give me guys who want to put the work in. That often bridges and ultimately exceeds the talent gap.

Way too often we overlook the personality of the superstar the team is built around when we evaluate teams. I don’t know what you’re supposed to do when your best player isn’t committed to the work. How do you establish culture? How do you hold people accountable?
Perfect summation.
The big problem with the two-party system is that even the most humiliating defeat is met with “we will get them next time!” and a waiting game hoping the other side turns people off. There is no accountability and no incentive to learn or do better.

Because nobody WANTS to trade for all of Embiid’s shit. He’s fat, lazy and unmotivated. It’s the Khris situation on steroids. Teams covet G as a top 3 player in the league with a tremendous motor. Past a point I take the rumors as flattery.
Truly remarkable how we get so much more talk about Giannis trade rumors than Embiid. Giannis has a title in Milwaukee and is constantly talking about or showing his commitment to the team. Embiid has never won anything in Philly and shows no commitment to the team.

Maxey is an alpha, he would have loud leaked this at some point soon. He’s sick of Embiid’s shit and I don’t blame him. Nothing worse than fat, lazy, unmotivated players who have talent.
This has been in plain sight for a while. Embiid is fat, lazy and largely unmotivated. Maxey grinds his ass off, dug his game out of the dirt and shows incredible leadership. No shock this would be an issue. Bron BBQ’d Joel’s lard ass 🤣.
