Thank god no one at work gaf about my disordered habits. Also, i ate sushi and birthday cake and still stayed bellow my limit. I will 4ever bring my food scale everywhere
Had to increase my cal intake to 1000 cals since ny period is heavy this time and i almost passed out
I got my period amd got forced to eat spaghetti. I haate hate hate it here why does everyone want me fat
my ed isn’t valid bc i’m fat. my ed won’t ever be valid bc my goal weight is normal and people support my ed because they want me to be normal sized. i dream about cutting off my fat, i just want to be pretty ☹️
