Today it's been me and Jonny on PT23, we've been moving patients out of the #Discharge #Lounge at @royalhospital and assisted in an end of life patient being moved from one place of care to another. @EMASNHSTrust @EmasJoyw 💚💚💚
A decent few hours out walking with a colleague, did a short 15km around #LadyBower, up to #AlportCastles and back. I've not done anything like this since before Covid-19, and I can definitely tell I haven't, legs aching and slightly out of breath going up hill 🤣
