The English refuse to think of themselves as a Nation: in the same sense as Scotland, Wales & Ireland. Scotland, Wales, & NI all have National assemblies; but England has none: in order to claim for itself the exceptional position of anonymous Master of its now diminutive empire.
This looks like a dodgy accounting. Why no audit of BBC Scotland Accounts? No transparency at BBC Scotland with regard to their finances or their editorial & political messaging #NotMyBBC #NotMyKing Bring them down.

I won't be listening to Brexiteer, democracy denying, Tory lite, 'Scottish' Labour on anything. What we need is independence not a party that has promised to steal our resources to bribe another country for its votes.
Serious question: ARE their any major policy differences between the Red & Blue Tories now? Corbyn adopted a number of SNP policies for their 2019 manifesto & Starmer ditched them all. In 2020, LabourList - their newsletter, noted 13 SNP policies Labour should adopt. They didn't.

Don’t just underspend. Employ cynical accounting trick they call lift & shift. Where they register show like QT or Click in Scotland so they can fund it from portion of licence fee supposed to be spent on unique Scottish programming. Probably do same in Wales
