Super cool idea from our ELA class. Using Flipgrid for students to pitch their teens in action project idea to create teams and synergize with other teams.
One of my favorite project management strategies which also supports student self management is the Kanban board. Here is an example from our art teacher.
I haven’t tweeted in a while but couldn’t help myself. Our Kinder students are participating in the charrette protocol to improve their storyboards in preparation for there weather reports.
Don’t forget to take time to love yourself and be aware of the words we are speaking. Stop the negative thoughts and forgive ourselves. Give yourself grace during this time, find space to stretch and meditate or pray. Having morning rituals like these have helped me.

We just went remote and I had to drop a device off to a student because the parent was not answering our calls. The inequity of remote learning breaks my heart when I see what this student and many will have do go through to access their learning.
Been a while since I posted, being a principal during this weird time is tough! I do want to share how we are utilizing the project based teaching practices to help drive our PLC. We are reflecting using the Chalk talk on high quality assessment. #pbl @PBLWorks
