Our brain cancer research team led by Dr Kim Alexander. Fantastic achievement! m.facebook.com/story.php?stor…

Fantastic interview with ⁦@ProfGLongMIA⁩ and ⁦@ProfRScolyerMIA⁩ about the progress to date on Richard’s cancer. Stresses the need for a clinical trial to determine benefits of this protocol on a larger group of patients with Glioblastoma. abclisten.page.link/mG1HzsbZSNh2T2…

Medel Auditory Brainstem Implant course in Fulda, Germany. Fabulous learning experience with like minded colleagues from around the world! ⁦⁦@drkongent⁩ and I taking our skullbase surgery to the next level.

Massively proud of @ProfGLongMIA and @ProfRScolyerMIA for what they have achieved for patients with advanced melanoma. Glioblastoma, remains a fatal cancer with no advancements in treatment in over 20 years. With increased funding and innovative research, we will see results.

Meet your new Australians of the Year, Professor Georgina Long and Professor Richard Scolyer. Thanks to their lifesaving research, advanced melanoma is now a curable disease.

Brilliant news!! Still no recurrence of my supposedly incurable #glioblastoma!! Median time 2 recurrence 4 all pts is 6 months; I’m now out to 8 months! Perhaps neoadjuv/adjuv combi immunotherapy is effective?? Need clinical trial. Thx family, @ProfGLongMIA & diverse whole team!

Vote Yes on Saturday! Oppression of any human group is unacceptable and anything we can do to aid self determination is a positive step forward.
