How did you get interested in yoga? I found yoga 3 years ago & discovered down dog made it easy to rise from floor 10 years after injuring my knees & being unable to rise, unassisted. I ate healthier & lost 30 pounds. Planks & vinyasas made me stronger. I just felt much better!
