A collaborative study led by @McMasterU researchers, including @ChanchlaniRahul & @DrSoniaAnand1 shows COVID-19 vaccines are effective for South Asians in Ontario. However unvaccinated South Asians face higher risks, calling for more research. Learn more⬇️ journals.plos.org/globalpubliche…
Now along with benefits of low dose riva and aspirin in reducing MACE and MALE for PAD patients, this trial supports improved walking distance amongst PAD patient with IC!

My parents immigrated to Canada in the 1960s and built a life in a beautiful town called Kentville, Nova Scotia and we were one of few South Asian families there. As we celebrate #AsianHeritageMonth, we honour the contributions of all Canadians in the Asian diaspora.
