The point we try to make in the report is that there is no one solution. We need a strategy with approaches at population, community and dental practice levels aimed at sugar reduction, fluoride exposure and dental access with focus on prevention

So, in a nutshell, what's the best evidence-based real-world solution to appalling oral health in kids who end up needing multiple extractions? The problem was much in evidence when I qualified forty odd years ago and seems rather similar today? Will supervised brushing work?
