1) AAs using ultrasound for flash block techniques after their 2 year supernumerary period and lovely regular regional training 2) me using the “pop-pop” technique I learned as an ED F2 for fascia iliaca block on my biannual trauma list

You cannot have a functioning NHS without the people to staff it. Doctors are leaving due to not being paid fairly. If they leave, who will bring down the waiting lists? It is a political choice to not pay doctors appropriately. We must retain them by achieving #payrestoration

Everything they are doing to the NHS, they did to British Rail. Underfunded it, exhausted the service, got the public angry, and then said privatisation is the solution. Please RT if you can see what is going on.
Today I updated my @hello_pando job description to Art Therapist. Unfortunately my SAS doctor job title doesn’t appear as an option in their long drop down list, so will carry on choosing a random one until they take SAS doctors into account
