Great work led by @lucyl_lucy showing that in patients with very-late onset psychosis who develop dementia, core features of DLB are common (a quarter!). Visual halluc. and 2+ DLB core feat. at index psychosis associated with ⬆️ risk of dementia fulfilling probable DLB crit.
