The expression “we are not safe until we are all safe” is not a brand mantra. It is a scientific truth. The failure to embrace that truth has cost many lives, and will cost even more until our collective policies match this simple call to action: #VaccinateTheWorld

When we speak of triage, we describe a system that fairly considers who will benefit from limited resources. In reality triage is already happening & it is lawless. Those who choose not to be vaccinated take resources away from those who would benefit from them through ignorance.

This is a photo of my brain tumour. My surgery was originally scheduled for today, but I received a call yesterday afternoon that the surgery has been cancelled indefinitely. Please call, email, or share this post with our government officials. Thank you!

Are you listening @MerrimanPaul ? Oh right, NO you are not. How many full ICU’s and deaths will it take? Just wondering what your comfort level is at watching and waiting for preventable deaths? If anything isn’t fair for the vaccinated it’s this.@PremierScottMoe @everetthindley

EVEN IF you're fully vaccinated & taking every measure to avoid #COVID19... if you have a heart attack, get in a major accident, develop a bad infection... if you need ICU support, it WON'T be there for you. None of this had to happen. Take care and be safe, everyone. /end

Unfortunately despite everything that we CAN share on social media, our commitment to patient privacy, (HIPA & PIPEDA), forbids us from taking videos of our environment. No one can see the apocalyptic workplace in our hospitals. COVID therefore remains a fairytale for too many!

Praying for return of stability.

Crowds clashed with police and ransacked or burned shopping malls in South Africa, with dozens reported killed as grievances unleashed by the jailing of former president Jacob Zuma boiled over into the worst violence in years reut.rs/3r4T6vs 1/5

While overall 1st dose numbers look good, at or close to 70%, remember that is an average - there are lots of areas in the province where 1st dose is <50%. They’re vulnerable. Remember that 1st doses only confer 30-ish % immunity... we aren’t safe yet. Don’t throw masks away!

So excited!! My parents in South Africa got their First Covid shot!!! #GetVaccinatedASAP

SK has phenomenal healthcare modelling, so much so that others reach out to us for advice! Somehow not good enough for ministry *shrugs.

Saskatchewan has some of the best healthcare modeling in the world. Thanks to HQC. The same can not be said for our economic modeling. Wake up and get on board with reality. #WashYourHands #StayHome #WearAMask #vaccinatethefrontline #VaccinesWork

One difference between politicians and doctors is that doctors are not required to avoid telling people things they don't want to hear in order to continue being doctors. @DFisman @padams29 @topcoachdino @KindrachukJason @NathanStall #mbpoli
