Fayetteville's Archibald Yell Boulevard was named for the Arkansas governor who in 1841 successfully requested that Canada extradite Nelson Hackett, an escaped slave, back to the city. On Friday, that street was renamed Nelson Hackett Boulevard. arkansasonline.com/news/2023/jun/…
