A lesson that changed my life: Stop trying to run away and escape the clutter in your head. Sit with it. Meditate with it and write about it. Organise it, and understand it. Tidy the chaos and gain control of your thoughts or you’ll forever feel trapped inside your own mind.

I recommend journaling. Spend 30 minutes journaling about your problem. It will help you get your ideas out of your head and come up with new ones.
