They want you to feel powerless and surrender and let them trample everything and you are not going to let them. You are not giving up, and neither am I. The fact that we cannot save everything does not mean we cannot save anything and everything we can save is worth saving.

Why does action need to be “tough”? What if the action was compassionate and effective instead? Nobody wants to live in an encampment.

Absolutely!! We need action years ago from upper levels of government!

Fantastic show! @billybragg ya get my pink lefty blood all riled up! @masseyhall

Chris Sharpe, a firefighter, captured these videos of elk from a high-fenced ranch frantically running for safety. It's not just humans that suffer because of the crises fossil fuels companies have created. No time to wait. #ActOnClimate

As always FANTASTIC

Really important work!!

I'm thrilled to be leading a novel 7-week group intervention program for women survivors of gender-based violence, TBI, and CCDs with @WomenatcentrE We start next week, and I'll be working alongside 2 outstanding @MacSLP students. #TBI #GBV #IPV @UNWomenWatch @PinkConcussions

It really shouldn’t be like this. My heart breaks for this family.

An Ontario family lives in constant fear of being attacked in their own home by their autistic son, and they are desperate for help. @CityCynthia has more. toronto.citynews.ca/2024/04/29/ont…

🤮 this just makes me sick!

So much for Ford’s BS that you won’t have to use your credit card to pay for healthcare. This is what happens when Ontario has the lowest per capita funding for healthcare in Canada. You pay the price for Ford’s privatization. #onpoli

SHAME ON YOU!@SylviaJonesMPP & @fordnation If we unpeel the leaves of the failure it’s on funding decisions made by YOU. Hospital STAFF need training and TIME to treat people to RESPONSIVE behaviour BEFORE it occurs. More security isn’t the solution. Don’t mess this up too!

Bottom line: In NO way this the appropriate way to respond to a deaf elderly women with Dementia. In no way.

Glad I attended this #greenbelt meeting but feel so defeated. I’ll be back next week and hope to bring young people!

Capacity crowd at Ancaster Arts Centre (with many more outside) to hear about @fordnation's #Greenbelt plans. Haven't seen @SkellyHamilton or @NeilLumsdenMPP
