Canaryseed - Statcan has stated 2024 prodn @ 1354 lbs/Ac giving 177700 MT prodn on 290k acres. Sask Crop Insurance shows acreage up 20% which gives production closer to 190000 MT. Either number is the basis for sloppy pricing. Lower values hopefully improve demand for 2025 crop.

Splashed a small amount of silencer on my arm (forgot not to bother stabbing/rinsing these little jugs). Washed immediately but still itchy. Anyone found a way to relieve this??

Focus and authority fall applied seems to be working the best I have ever experienced. Leaning towards not spraying because I can't find weeds and usually not happy later when I don't spray. What are others seeing?

Canadian canaryseed exports for Aug 1-jan 31 were confirmed today at 48311. This is even worse then I expected. Meaning likely on target for 100.000 to 110,000 mt/year of exports this year. Down 33% approx.
