Again, 4th time this year 😠. A @dhlexpressuk parcel not being collected at a @parcelly drop off point. Phone them both up and no one knows why it isn't booked for collection. Are they using the Post Office Horizon IT system? From Bournemouth to Southampton Depot.
@parcelly It's happened again. 3rd time this year. Failed collection from a Parcelly DHL Express Service Point. And the DHL staff ALWAYS ask me where the parcel was dropped off! Yet it's on the DHL Tracking website. 26 minute call and I was disconnected. Southampton/Bournemouth

I love how he has identified how people act and has seen it as something to fix, first, before discussing the task in hand. Fix the people problems before anything else. I wonder how more triggering it is for some to read statements first before discussing?
