It was a hell of a ride, hell of a season. Be proud of everything they accomplished. I mean it sucks because a lot of the losses in this series were very winnable games, but it’s an honor to have these guys rep our city and to watch them fight till the last out.

Hopefully this is the big heroic moment and turning point in the story of the Guardians 2024 playoff run. The team rallies behind the best start of Gavin Williams’ career and he goes on to be MVP of the World Series. That’s how the story has to go…right?
Playoff Brayan is next level. It might be the beginning of a bright career or it might be lightning in a bottle but man do we need him to keep cooking for a few more games.
Brayan Rocchio of the @CleGuardians is the second player in MLB history to have a hit streak of 7+ games in a single postseason prior to ever having a regular-season hit streak of 5+ games. The other is Timo Perez, who had a nine-game streak for the Mets in the 2000 playoffs.
