Congrats @SundermannAJ and the @LabMigel team!

Our newest pre-print from @LabMigel 2-years of real-time bacterial WGS surveillance + IP&C interventions We show: -multiple outbreaks detected EARLY -directed IP&C interventions -95% outbreaks stopped -modeled reduced infxs -NET cost savings 💰 🧵 📄: medrxiv.org/content/10.110…

Best collaborative project name ever! Congrats @DocSaimaAslam!!

Excited to announce @CF_Foundation funding for planning a #BCC #phage trial with great partners John LiPuma @TAMU_CPT @RonenHazanLab @rannirpaz1 @DariaVanTyne @cleverwebber and many more PhAB collaborators! @IPATH @chngin_the_wrld

Congrats @HayleyN0rdstr0m!!

So pumped to see my MS thesis work with the @VanTyneLab finally published!!! Thank you so much @DariaVanTyne for being the best mentor! mdpi.com/2073-4409/13/5…

This effort started almost a decade ago, when I was a new postdoc in the Gilmore lab. So excited to see it now finally in print! @LowellHouse is now immortalized in a new Enterococcus species isolated from a captive cockatoo, named Enterococcus lowellii

Really glad to see this out - we now know a lot about the diversity and distribution of enterococci on Earth. Good work Julia, Francois, Ashlee and the rest of the team! doi.org/10.1073/pnas.2…
