My roots run as deep as can be traced in the the South. The ability to effectively communicate has nothing to do with that. I understand us quite well, just not him. I loved him as a football player and he seems like a nice guy, but he shouldn’t be our Senator.

When I lived in Baltimore this happened there. Their young black son had sweat pants on and said they could not eat there while you could a white boy weR similar clothes eating at the restaurant. It caused an uproar in the community people threatening a boycott of restaurant
I’m sorry to all the people that said leggings are gym clothing, I own several pair of leather leggings and upteen pairs of jeggings and not one pair would I wear to the gym. Leather leggings, jeggings and leggings that cost over $50 are not gym apparel.
I am utterly and indisputably outraged. This was clearly racially motivated. I’ve had countless business meetings at various Capital Grille locations. I will never step foot inside one again. They have forever lost my business.

Odd that a restaurant in a mall parking lot turns away customers in “mall” attire. Asked if I could sit in the bar area and was told, “No.”. Rules are the rules, just wonder if the woman who came in immediately after me, who I did not see come back out, was also denied service.
I know that’s frustrating, they do have a polite notice on their website at the bottom asking guest not to wear gym attire or sweat pants. Hopefully they’re enforcing it with all guest and not picking and choosing.
I was at Hal's The Steakhouse on Wednesday for ALK's 62nd birthday. You and your leggings would have been quite welcomed there. Beside that the steaks and seafood are of a better quality.
I was just turned away at @CapitalGrille at Perimeter Mall because I have on leggings. 🤷🏽♀️
Stopped by one of our job sites. I just beam with pride when I see our teammates getting it done, especially our new hires and our young teammates. We are hiring at a fast pace. I am so happy many of my new hires are from a HBCU. (The young man on the right is a @Morehouse man)
