So @buyagift still being the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! No phone number and no one ever replies to their virtual chat. For someone who suffers with heavily with ADHD, the stress and frustration is crippling! I just want to talk to someone. 😔😔😔

Well @buyagift has the WORST customer help I've ever experienced!! On their live chat and the wait time is 3 mins..... that was at 14:46... it's now 15:17 and still waiting. No customer number, so you can't talk to anyone! Tried to get the issue sorted yesterday, but no help!

Called @dublin_express to explain and ask for a refund, but no, they can't confirm if it was full, said there was 18 places available.... there was at least 25 of us waiting! But they don't know if people who missed their earlier bus had got on this one!! Madness...
Terrible service from @dublin_exp bought a ticket for the 5pm bus outside the Arena and 2 bus go past and don't stop as they say 'FULL BUS', had to get a cab to the airport £34.80!! They can't confirm it was full and I could have got the next one 🤷🏻♂️ half hour after!
Q: should casting D's make who's seen available once show is cast? @EquityUK does this then expose castings that haven't been diverse or fair with certain agents being used every time. Just the agency and other credentials 🤷🏻♂️ I know a show cast with no breakdown released, fair?
