Damion You know better These countries are not 'the world' but Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) nations ie Mostly rich white countries You know Jamaica stacks up well against places in our income bracket in terms of per capita education spend

I'm not sure what is the exact point of this follow up post as it doesn't refute the point that as at today's date the spending per student in the area of education has jamaica ranked near the lowest in the world. I posit that the great equalizer for for global comparison is SpS

Simple

Didn’t Damion Crawford suggest just pay them a lump sump for the summer months at start of summer so they can resign with enough time. As it is now they are still collecting till August and resigning last minute.
