Each year on Veterans Day, DAV’s National Commander has the honor of laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. Today, National Commander Daniel Contreras and Washington Headquarters Executive Director Randy Reese continued the tradition.
