When you need kids you can’t tell them the truth because you fear they will leave your team. Thank God im blessed to not be in that situation, cold hard truth all you gone get. You gone either fold or become a dawg 💯.

We have to do a better job of teaching our young black men that there are consequences for every action. One false move can alter the course of your life. It’s dope that these kids are talented and have trainers and coaches and all, but all they need more mentoring and guidance.
Not everyone gets this....
I enjoy coaching quote unquote in the “inner city.” I’m grateful for what I have…not what I don’t. I don’t label kids because you never know what they have at home until you truly know them. Then you can help them grow on and off the field.
I’ve been COVID free this whole pandemic and i could not be more thankful.
Itz better to have them kidz out there having fun then playing with gunz and 💩 so next year we running it back with even more fun💜🖤
In remembering the Tulsa Massacre...I think of the streets, Greenwood Archer & Pine that I first came to know from a group named for the area.. The G.A.P. Band...products of that historic neighborhood!
So many “yes men” in the basketball world.. hyping kids up and having them think they can continue to be lazy, develop bad habits & be selfish Find people that actually care about you and hold you accountable.. if you don’t, you’ll just be another great open gym player
