If active ingredient in "psychedelic therapy" is the skill of the psychotherapist, WHY do researchers & media always focus on the drug? Because the drug is something proprietary to market & sell at scale. Even if all benefits are due to therapy, focus will ALWAYS be on the drug.

No. *Psychotherapy* (talking, understanding, processing in the context of a meaningful therapy relationship) alleviates PTSD symptoms. MDMA may (or may not) facilitate the therapy work for some people some of the time. The active ingredient is quality psychotherapy, not the drug.
