@VirginPure I have been a customer for a few years and loved the product but your customer service will mean you will loose a customer. No chance to upgrade unless I pay out of the service contract even though would be purchasing new. Just awful!

@premierinn awful experience at excel london hotel. Complained at desk nothing done and funnily enough my only stay so far than hasn’t asked for feedback

@Wayfair pathetic excuse for customer service. Half order cancelled as not in stock but still showing to be purchase. The other part received half and can’t speak to the person apparently sorting it in the mgmt team. If this is how your mgmt works not surprised you have issues

@sainsburys just had a delivery from Wellingborough store with 11 items missing that I have been charged for. Spent over an hour on the phone to customer services only to be told only option is a refund. Given I am shielding this means incurring addn charges. Really!
So according to @Morrisons if you just refund for item that’s good enough. No call and now latest order not turned up
