A hitting/pitching lesson isn't "work" that is the bare minimum. 1 hour of weights isn't "work" that is the bare minimum 2 hour team practice isn't "work" it is expected 2 hours of homework isn't "work" it is expected If you want to be great, it takes sacrifice, time, and effort


Build your engine! Load the bar up! The " tee exit velo" and "velo camp" numbers will tell you if you have enough on the bar, sled, DB, etc
