When you're toward the end of a set, you should shake like a hate-filled chihuahua. Being in a sling, I have been training legs on average 2x week. But now that I'm back at BJJ (with one arm) I'll cut down to two leg-days to accommodate more BJJ again. Finisher in next 👇


Look at your politicians. Do they look like leaders? Or Do they look like the standard office worker who somehow gained power? Bring back leaders who set an example. I maintain that strict mental and physical fitness standards should be a requirement for office.

The value of the meal goes beyond the nutrients. Embrace tradition.

Don’t be the person who refuses grandma’s home cooking because you’re “eating clean,” or keto, or whatever. If you’re lucky enough to still have a grandma, let her feed you. Say “thank you,” and ask her to tell you some stories/impart some wisdom. Make the next meal healthy.
