The most frustrating thing for me as a HS Coach is seeing young people with God-given ability that are too selfish to appreciate & use it. So many could’ve beens because someone was afraid to tell them the truth or discipline them.
I love this time of year between Christmas and the New Year. It’s a time of reflection, hope, vision and possibility. A time to think about who you want to be and the life you want to create.
There are a lot more points to go around when you play as a team instead of focusing on yourself. Everyone can "get theirs" if you work together, but no one will be succesful if you only think about "yours". WE > ME

There are certain times for iso offense (like when changing the pace of the game). NOT every single possesion... This is the NBA, not streetball. Where's the ball movement? Why waste the shot clock?
