Great point for development outside of athletics as well! At the youth levels, coaches get down on one knee so are eye to eye rather than standing over them.
Players: In any on field meetings, please take shades off & lock in on the coaches. If a good talk or butt chewing, eye contact shows coach you're engaged & paying attention. Goes long way with staff! Never be guy in back talking, looking around, goofing off. Not a good look! 👀
