Just a quick update on the Councillor Briefing last night at Newcastle Borough Council re Walley's Quarry. Whilst the contents of the meeting are embargoed, I can assure residents that the Council is moving heaven and earth to ensure the operator meets the demands placed on them.

Do you recognise this man? Staffs Police would like to speak to him after property was stolen from inside a parked car in Kidsgrove. At 1.10pm on Monday 10 Sept, a man opened the passenger-side door of the Ford Mondeo on Church Street & took a mobile phone, a bank card & a D/L.
Really enjoyed my morning in Clough Hall Park with the Junior Parkrun team today. It's my 3rd anniversary with the event and 131 races in, it's going from strength to strength and it's a permanent fixture in my diary.
Just home from Morecambe after a cracking 1-0 win for @OfficialPVFC, which takes the Valiants 5 points clear at the top of the table. Hope you enjoyed the @moorlandssport1 updates during the game.

Very proud to be selected as the Labour Candidate for Stafford South West at next years county council elections. A year ago I read a book called ‘But What Can I do’ by @campbellclaret , and 12 months later I am now standing as a candidate It’s such an honour.
