On @bbcr4today, Rishi Sunak says “My record stands for itself” and the interviewer does not say “Your record is inflation at historic levels, worst economic performance since 1709, half the population in fuel poverty, a Brexit hit to economy 180 times bigger than any benefit etc”

It’s a life or death situation. 👇🏻

'We're not talking about a willy-nilly choice here, it's a life or death situation for many disabled people.' Household energy bills are expected 'to hit £5,300-a-year by April' & will badly hit disabled people. Disability activist Shani Dhanda explains how this will affect her.

The crisis in England’s A&E departments is costing 1 life every 20 minutes. Take a bow @MattHancock and @Jeremy_Hunt

No supermarket is cheap anymore. That includes Aldi and Lidl. Stop telling people to “shop smarter” and actually acknowledge how ridiculously expensive this country is becoming!

Let's be clear you are either for public healthcare or you are for the conservative and an enemy to fair society. There is no nuance to this if you are for private healthcare you don't care if the poor die. #onpoli #cdnpoli

When it comes to pay, and its effect on inflation, why does the public debate always focus on the wages of those in the bottom 50% and never on those in the top 50%?

Do you know you can now make an appointment to see if we have any clothes and household items you are in need of, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10.30 am till 2pm. Don’t forget you can also pop in to our Swap Shop whilst you are there. Thanks to @STARTcornwall

Happy Fathers Day to Fathers everywhere. Also thinking of those families who are not able to spend the day as they would have liked because their Father is no longer with them.

Great to St Austell alive & busy yesterday as I attended some of the events for St Austell Cultural Celebration & Community Championship. Hopefully this will become an annual event. Unfortunately I was not able to attend the events inside The Market House due to access issues

Last night I went to see Shallal, a theatre dance group of disabled and able-bodied dancers. Their latest performance, Call To Home was fantastic.

On Tuesday I attended a Jubilee Lunch at Cuddra WI St Austell.

I recently attended a Community Committee, where we paid grants to local charities and community organisations who asked for our help. Also attended a meeting with Mike Hawes from Mei Loci, the consultants who are working on the next stage of the Town Revitalisation Project.

The Jubilee Events Watched the Mayor plant a tree in the library garden. Attended the Big Town Dance. Attended Bethel Church coffee morning. Went to the Mayor's fundraiser for St John's Amblance. Lastly helped with the raffle at the Lostwood Gardens Garden Party
