190 students asked Jesus to save them last night. They repented of their sin. They flooded the altar. They went from death to life. This is what revival looks like. Pray for ONE Weekend in Jacksonville

What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul? Mark 8:36 I see a world full of people ignoring their souls in pursuit of influence, platform, money and power. Friendship with Jesus is the only thing that can truly bring real satisfaction and joy.

It’s so essential that the CHURCH joins together right now to give and serve those who’ve lost so much in FL, GA, SC and specifically the mountain towns of Western NC. This is a critical time. People are in desperate need of water, ice, food, and in many cases RESCUE. Thousands…

CKM is sending money and resources directly to churches and organizations we know and have relationship with in the states hit hardest by Hurricane Helene. We have family members and dear friends who are suffering in FL, GA and the Carolinas. @biltmorechurch in Asheville and…

Mount Vernon Baptist in Boone NC desperately needs these items to be delivered to their church parking lot. Once there they’ll be taken to those w/ the most critical need by relief agencies on the ground. Email them to set up a time to deliver items: Office@mvbcb.org

For those wanting to help #NC and those affected by #TropicalStormHelene here are three things you can do today!

Thankful that @ncbaptist and @nc_missions have offered three practical ways to respond to #HurricaneHelene. #onmissiontogether 1. Going - baptistsonmission.org/.../Hurricane.… 2. Giving - ncbaptist.org/north-carolina… 3. Praying.

An awakening is happening.

Unreal. 30,000 people at FaithFest last night. Hundreds responded to the gospel. I’ve never seen so many people so hungry and desperate for God in my life. I think we’re in the midst of a spiritual awakening. The world doesn’t see it. But I’m witnessing it.

The whole family together listening to Sharie speak at Anderson University last night. Being empty nesters isn’t so bad when your boys go to college 10 minutes away 😎

God decided to send Jesus to die for our sins and save us. We can decide to receive salvation or reject it. And we can decide today. 2 Corinthians 6:1-13

Sermon notes from today @newspring God chose to send Jesus to save us. We choose to receive or reject His salvation and dozens made a decision for Christ today.

In many ways my generation was shaped by 9/11. We witnessed it in college & in high school. Our friends & neighbors went to war to fight Al Qaeda. Terrorism always dwelled in the back of our mind. We will never forget that day, those we lost & the heroes who ran into the fire.

116 people made decisions for Christ today in Knoxville. Dalton told me he was saved four years ago when I preached, then almost died in a bad accident. But God spared his life so he could tell others how they can know Christ. REVIVAL IS HAPPENING.

For 28 years, thousands of students have gathered in Gatlinburg TN and we’re doing it again in a few months. Pray that this will be our best one yet.

Today I preached on “The Prayer of Jesus For You” from John 17 @Biltmore Church and got to see two of my college roommates & best friends from the 1900s. Stuart and Mark were both on staff at our first Crossroads Camp in 1996 at Gardner-Webb. #oldfriends #sermonnotes

Because I follow Jesus, I see the broken things in the world. They motivate me to PRAY MORE. When I pray it makes me aware of how little I can do & how much God can accomplish. Prayer diminishes fear, worry, anxiety, & the need to be in control. We control very little. That’s a…
