Our officers were flagged down at around 1pm on Sun 11 June after this lovely Siberian Husky dog was found on its own in the Anglia Ruskin area #Chelmsford. She appears well looked after, so we know that her owner will be wondering where their furry baby is! Call 101- 990/11June
