One week ago today, I was proud to be sworn in as Nevada’s Secretary of State. I’m excited to get to work uplifting our democracy and protecting the right to vote for all Nevadans.  It’s the honor of my lifetime to serve this great state and be a voice for all of our communities

Appreciation tweet for @CiscoAguilar, the @NVSOS office, and election workers all around Nevada. Making sure every legal vote is counted is hard work and deeply important. Thank you!

Polls are now closed in Nevada - but again, any voter in line at 7pm should stay in line! Once the @NVSOS has confirmed that all polls have closed and the last voter has voted, results will be posted on Results.NV.gov.

There are two more hours until polls close in Nevada! Remember - if you’re in line at 7pm, stay in line! Polling locations will stay open until the last voter in line at 7pm has voted. Results cannot be published until all polls are closed and the last voter has voted.

This afternoon, @NVSOS and I visited with the Election Integrity Task Force. This collaborative group of state, local, and federal law enforcement and election officials are diligently working together to ensure that our election is safe and fair.

Election Day is tomorrow! Over a million Nevadans have already voted, and there are a lot of ways you can join them: 🗳️Voting In-Person 🗳️ Registering to vote with Same-Day Registration 🗳️ Dropping off your mail ballot 🗳️ Mailing in your ballot (the earlier, the better!)

Today is #ElectionHeroDay and I can’t say thank you enough to all the election and poll workers who have dedicated themselves to making sure Nevadans’ voices are heard. If you’re voting tomorrow, be sure to say thank you to a poll worker!!

“…nine states have more youth in that age group registered to vote now than they did in 2020, including major battleground states like Michigan and Nevada” Great job Nevada youth!! 🤠🤠 circle.tufts.edu/latest-researc…

At @TheNVIndy’s #IndyFest2024, @Pres_Sandoval shared why he’s confident in @NVSOS @CiscoAguilar and Nevada's Voter Registrars Offices to properly carry out a fair and accurate election this November. For more insights, watch the full panel discussion: thenevadaindependent.com/article/indyfe…

UNLV opened its doors for students to vote and they’re turning out in droves! Election workers told me it’s been nonstop, and a lot of cheers for first-time voters. The library will be open for voters through Early Voting tomorrow and on Election Day!

Today, I was honored to congratulate Nevada’s newest citizens at a special Nevada Day Naturalization ceremony at the Capitol in Carson City. It was inspiring to hear their passion about gaining their right to vote and having a voice in our democracy as American citizens.
